Online therapy is via Zoom offering convenience and flexibility and enabling you to be in a location of your choosing where you feel safe, secure and comfortable. Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. During our sessions we will gently explore your issues gaining greater insight, awareness and healing of past wounds.
